Placing an order in person, via Instagram, or through any form on the Site does not guarantee availability of a specific item. Certain offerings described on the Site (such as home delivery or new product launches) may be presented ahead of their public availability and are subject to change or delay.

All content on the Site — including the Bom Açaí name, logo, photographs, artwork, and copy — is owned by Bom Açaí or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Bom Açaí products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, and honey. Nutritional and ingredient information on the Site is provided for general reference only and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. If you provide your phone number and opt in through a form on the Site — such as the delivery waitlist, event request, or product-launch notification — you consent to receive SMS text messages from Bom Açaí related to your request, order updates, and product launches.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and the offers you sign up for.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing information with subcontractors that support our services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information is never shared with any third party.
